I never dreamed that I would win the LIPObind bride competition! I never win anything!
In the past I lost 8 stone by following a very restrictive diet. I unfortunately put all this back on (plus a small bit more!) following a car crash as I was left unable to exercise. However, I am now fully recovered from the accident and back on the road to becoming healthier and the weight is just dropping off.
Meeting Steve my fiancé, who just loves me for who I am, really gave me the confidence to lose weight and start feeling good about myself again. He is so supportive of me and my fitness plan and joins me in the gym and swimming pool to help keep me motivated.
Using LIPObind to manage my weight naturally, I have lost 2 stone since January 2009. I just cannot wait to go shopping for my wedding dress, plus I now feel super-confident that I’ll look fabulous on my big day.
